At MyCigarPurses we have created this privacy statement so that you have easy access to information about our privacy practices.

Checkout.We don't request any information. All online orders go through PayPal and none of that information is collected here, nor is maintained here. They will ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. They ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and probably also provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment.

My Account. Nope. No accounts. As I said on one of the previous 10 pages, I am a novice at this web site stuff. I do not know how to set that up and it irritates me to have to fill in all that stuff when I go to other sites. Maybe in Web Design 102, they will explain the purpose; until I take that class, there will be no accounts here.

MyCigarPurses Free E-Newsletter & Email Promotions. E-Newsletter! Who has time to read or to write them! I get enough crap in my email box (I am sure I said yes to it all, at some point) but I never read it and I don't want to subject anyone else to the same. Besides, there is only so much you could possibly want to know about cigar box purses and I am sure I covered it at least twice before this. If you have read this far you must be: a member of my family; killing time at work; or seriously need to get a life!

Gift Cards & Gift Messages. Ok that might be nice.. if I knew how to do it.

Cookies -- What Cookies Are & How We Use Them
Cookies are bits of text that your web browser software stores on your computer when you visit some web sites. But not this one. The only cookies I use are the ones I eat late at night after my resolve to diet has been worn way by a stressful day making cigar box purses.

How We Use Email

Order Confirmation: After you place an order online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from PayPal. At that is how it is supposed to work. I have never actually ordered anything from myself so I can not say this for sure. I do know that I get an email from Paypal telling me that you placed an order. This email tells me what you ordered and gives me your email address, but that is all. In order to ship your order I must go to PayPal and log into my secure account to get the address you entered so I can to print the shipping label. UPS/PayPal will then send you a confirmation of shipment initiation and you tracking #.

Customer Service: Customer Service inquiries are welcomed via email.

Email Newsletter: I think I covered this already.

Well, since we don't collect any, we can't very well share any, now, can we?

MyCigarPurses does not sell, trade or share email addresses or specific purchasing details about a customer or their household. Especially since we don't have it in the first place. But we still wouldn't, even if we did.

How to Remove Your Name from our Print Catalog Mailing List, etc.:

* Eliminate duplicate catalogs. If you are getting duplicate cataloges, could you send me one?

* Update the name and address information we use when we mail you catalogs. I am sure this was on the top of your list. I just simplified you life. If you are moving, please let us know when your new address is in effect so that we can come to your first open house. Or just stop by for a beer sometime.

Updating our Privacy Practices. From time to time, we make changes to our information practices or alter how our site functions. We always update this statement accordingly, so we encourage you to periodically review this section for the latest information on privacy practices at mycigarpurses.com. Are you kidding? This took way more time than I ever thought. If I change anything, I will put a BIG NOTE on the first page so you know where and when to look for it. Other wise, I don't expect to see you back here again. Go play out side or read a book or something. Quit wasting your life away in front of the computer!
